We provide complimentary, fully insured priority ground shipping within the contiguous United States on all orders. Each shipment features full carrier tracking and structural transit insurance to safeguard your investment from our press to your door.
Production & Curing Timelines
We do not maintain a warehouse of pre-printed inventory. Every piece is hand-printed to order on our studio's wide-format fine art presses.
- Processing Window: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for precision printing, technical ink curing, and archival inspection.
- Secure Packaging: Once fully cured, prints are meticulously rolled in protective archival tissue and secured within extra-thick, impact-resistant structural shipping vaults designed to prevent rolling or compression during transit.
International Deliveries
Due to the monumental scale of our 64-inch architectural shipping vaults, international transit is subject to regional carrier restrictions. For delivery quotes outside the contiguous United States, please contact our studio directly with your delivery address and desired dimensions prior to purchase.
Returns & Replacements
Because our oversized portfolio is custom-curated and hand-printed to order to your exact specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse. We encourage interior designers and collectors to carefully verify space allocations and lighting conditions prior to finalizing an order.
Flawless Arrival & Transit Protection
While our structural shipping vaults eliminate 99% of transit risks, we fully guarantee the physical integrity of your art during delivery. In the rare event that a carrier damages your package:
- Inspect your delivery upon arrival.
- Notify our studio within 72 hours of delivery via our contact channel.
- Provide photographic documentation of the damaged exterior packaging and the affected print area.
Upon verification, a priority replacement will be fast-tracked through our studio presses and dispatched immediately at zero cost to you.
Lifetime Archival Guarantee
All prints are executed on exhibition-grade, 310gsm 100% cotton rag paper utilizing pigment-based archival inks. We guarantee your artwork against fading, yellowing, color shifting, or material degradation for life when displayed under standard residential or commercial gallery lighting conditions (out of direct, prolonged high-UV sunlight).
